It would be nice for all your effort in writeups like these when you are highlighting specs that you mention the large downside the these PCIe Gen3 systems. I think it a disservice to your readers who put allot of money and time into them only to have Gen3 architecture allow only half speed transfer rates from core to memory reading and writing. Anything greater than an i3 or R3 core and some clunky PC4-2666 is a huge waste of money with such a bottleneck because of old architecture. It's the equivalent of having a supped up hot rod with a set of training wheels. It doesn't make any sense at all.
