I would think the recent sale of $850 for the Samsung Galaxy book 4 14", 1.2kg with OLED touchscreen, newer generation CPU, same number of ports, and full size 2280 SSD would be a better deal if you don't need the repair ability and reverse fold.

So what's the mass? Still no published numbers? And are there any 2230 SSD greater than 2tb that I can put in it? Don't see why they didn't go for 2242 or 2280.

Macbook? No, thanks. I'd rather like kid's laptop than unrepairable craptop with 256GB of storage.

I'm really looking forward to buy a kids' laptop with a 2 year old CPU at the end of 2025 for the price of Macbook Air M4.  Not.

Framework's "non-boring" 12.2-inch convertible gets a long 10-minute overview by the CEO himself. Exact prices and shipment dates, however, remain elusive.
