In a sign that its Model 3 and Model Y shipments in the US are going well, Tesla has put an endpoint to the popular 0% APR financing offer for its two bestselling electric vehicles.

This is not necessarily a sign that sales are going well, possibly it is the opposite. This is Tesla trying to juice up sales before the end of the quarter/year as they typically do. By telling people the incentive will end soon they are encouraging themto buy now rather than wait to the next quarter.
