Hello Everyone,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to the community as I am currently facing a critical issue with my Lenovo server, and I am seeking assistance from fellow users who might have encountered similar problems or have expertise in troubleshooting Lenovo servers.

Issue Description:
I recently noticed that my Lenovo server has been experiencing intermittent slowdowns and unexpected system crashes. This has become a significant concern as it impacts the overall performance and reliability of the server.

Server Details:

Model: Lenovo ThinkSystem SR650
Operating System: Windows Server 2019 Datacenter
Processor: Dual Intel Xeon Gold 6248 CPUs (20 cores each)
RAM: 128 GB ECC DDR4
Storage: RAID 5 configuration with 4x 1TB SAS HDDs

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:

Reviewed logs for error messages.
Checked RAM using built-in diagnostics.
Verified RAID status and disk health.
Monitored CPU for abnormal spikes.
Applied latest BIOS and RAID controller updates.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance, suggestions, or insights from the community on how to resolve this issue. If you have successfully resolved a similar problem or have knowledge about Lenovo server troubleshooting, your input would be invaluable.

Thank you in advance for your assistance. I look forward to your responses and

Best regards,
Charlie
