The PCIe 4.0 standard support combined with the Phison PS5016-E16 controller and Toshiba's BiCS4 96-layer 3D TLC NAND memory chips allow the Aorus NVMe PCIe Gen 4 M.2 SSDs to reach sequential read and write speeds of 5 GB/s and 4.4 GB/s, respectively. These models come in 1 TB and 2 TB capacities and feature a dual-sided copper heatsink that lowers temperatures by 14%.
