That a bad news schools are buying these dell windows 10 slow computers, its not safe, but home users whit windows 7 and older cpu is not improving. Also looks they don't care people who purchased tablets whit Atom cpu.

According to Microsoft, "more and more schools are choosing Windows over competitive offerings" in the US while Futuresource's latest quarterly report also revealed a 15 percent growth year-over-year for the global education market.
