Der Zugfunk GSM-R ist in Norddeutschland bis etwa 11 Uhr ausgefallen. Als Folge standen vor allem der Fern- und Regionalverkehr still. Aufgrund komplexer Umlaufpläne werden die Auswirkungen auch bis weit in den Süden spürbar bleiben.
