Looks more like a regional version with KVM, ethernet and extra USB ports in place of Thunderbolt 3, integrated power supply instead of a massive power brick and cheaper looking though more space efficient stand. Not a fan of the dental clinic color scheme.

This looks just like their current 38in screen. Which is a great monitor.
I am wondering what the improvements are, if any?
