Huawei Watch D: Blood pressure monitoring and ECG features to launch after smartwatch debuts in Europe and the UK

It seems that Huawei is not quite ready to launch the Watch D in Europe or the UK. According to a company spokesperson, important features will be unavailable until 'later this year', with no timescale given. Meanwhile, only 11 countries will be able to make use of the Watch D's full functionality.

This is the first smartwatch I would actually be interested in. Being able to check blood pressure would be useful to a lot of people, me included
