Title: AMD comes out fighting: Pick up a Radeon RX 590 for US$219.99; Vega 56 spotted again at US$279.99

AMD could be planning on some serious product discounting soon. A Gigabyte Radeon RX Vega 56 GAMING OC 8G card has been priced at a very tempting US$279.99 on Newegg for limited time sales, and there has been an RX 590 Special Edition card from Sapphire available from the same retailer for US$219.99 – the same price as the cheapest new Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 cards.

AMD is obviously clearing the channel.  What would they be clearing the channel for?

AMD USA is selling Radeon 7 on their website for $699.  Everywhere else the prices range from $735 to $859 even on Amazon.

Radeon 7 is in high demand.  So much for AMD just building a limited amount.

If AMD is clearing the channel on Vega and RX 590 and below then obviously NAVI is just around the corner.

Resellers can not make money from empty shelves.
