Although it is not cheap at all, the Galaxy A90 5G is Samsung's first non-flagship handset with support for the fastest mobile connectivity standard available for the masses (depending on region, of course). Sadly, although it is more expensive than most 4G flagships currently on the market, the Galaxy A90 5G will only get a new security patch every four months.

This is exactly why I switched to an iPhone: security updates, plus the small size (iphone 7).
All I had two hear was the a90 is going to be over $800 and
boom all interest in it completely vanished.
whoever thought they could go that high end with that price considering the other ones are not even $400 is just an idiot.
The lazy updates are just a nice cherry on top of the doo doo sundae.
It's just ridiculous, I've been telling everyone around me to just avoid Samsung and Huawei phones if possible. Tell me how is the Mi 9 Pro 5G any worse (I mean it's actually better, like sooo much better) for $520.

Huawei supports its phones pretty darn well, though.
