Post by: Redaktion on July 17, 2019, 18:50:23
Xiaomi has finally confirmed the Mi A3's specs in the course of this new Android One device's launch. As this event took place in Spain, this is also the first market in which it is being sold at present. The phone starts at €250 (about US$281).

What about the A3 lite?
I was expecting a 180 € phone with Android One, but the A3 is quite a bit more.

The low display resolution is a huge downgrade to A2  :-\

It could almost be considered a downgrade from the A2 Lite.

Their A2 and A2 Lite were sold like hot cakes in Europe, and I guess that Xiaomi just wants to force people into the MIUI ecosystem by overpricing their Android One series (compared to their other phones).

What a shame.

Just to clarify. This is basically a CC9e that has Android One instead of MIUI... and for some reason it's 70 € more expensive (170 vs 250 €).

They definitely want people getting into the MIUI ecosystem.
