Hello!

I have a "new"( 2022 December) B1400C laptop with the same configuration. I use it usually for internet browsing and watch movies. But my battery only lasts for 3 or maximum 4 hours. Windows 10 OP.

What dou you think what causes this short running time ?

The manufacturing date matters for the battery liftime? MFD: 2021. 07. I bought it in 2022. december.

Thank you for your answer.

Matthias

- bad luck with your battery
- too bright screen
- background processes of Windows Indexer, crapware or anti-malware software
- malware incl. crypto malware abusing your browser

For a closer look at crapware etc., use tools such as Sysinternals ProcessExplorer, Autoruns and Tcpview.
