Qualcomm has announced the Snapdragon 8cx Gen 2 5G ARM-based chipset for Windows 10 on ARM ultrabooks. The new chipset chipset is touted as offering 18 percent better performance and 39 percent better productivity performance per Watt compared to an Intel 10th gen 15 W Core i5 chip.
