The news everyone has been waiting for is now official: the PlayStation 5 will be priced at US $499 and will launch on November 12. The Digital Edition is priced at $399. Some regions, including Europe, will unfortunately have to wait until November 17 to buy the PS5.

Xbox Series X here. The only games I am concerned with is Flight Simulator, Forza Horizon and FIFA. All those games are or will be in the Game Pass Ultimate, which I have until 2023.
