"makes no compromises"...has half-height arrow keys and a half-width tilda key. Sorry, but I call those compromises, and I'm tired of laptops coming with crappy keyboards, considering that's how you interact with them, and unlike a desktop they can't just be swapped out. They managed to put dual speakers on the keyboard deck, but couldn't at least extend the arrow keys down a bit to make them full-size? Companies need to realize laptops need good keyboards; most of the rest of them is the same from one to the next, the keyboard is one of the main parts that separates them, yet the vast majority of them treat it like it's an afterthought.

The Portégé X40L-M is an extremely light notebook from Dynabook that makes no compromises. Thanks to Intel Meteor Lake and Intel Arc iGPU, the device is likely to be significantly more powerful than its predecessor while having a longer battery life.
