The media outlet DigiTimes has released a report alleging that Apple has ordered up-to-date mini-LED panels for the upcoming 2021 iPad Mini. This new display tech is also found in the latest and most premium iPad Pro, and might thus represent a significant upgrade for its more affordable counterpart. However, a second tip has lost little time in shooting this rumor down.
