Panasonic's latest rugged Android Handheld, the Toughbook FZ-T1, is a low-specced Android handheld priced higher than most premium smartphones. However, the $1,500 device is aimed squarely at enterprises in need of a tough-as-nails handheld that can weather almost anything thrown at it.
