Title: Chuwi GemiBook xPro: New low-powered laptop launches with Intel Alder Lake-N processor
Post by: Redaktion on March 22, 2023, 15:30:20
Chuwi is now selling the GemiBook xPro, a 14.1-inch laptop with an Intel Processor N100. The GemiBook xPro also packs plenty of ports and LPDDR5 RAM for under US$300, among other features.

"Plenty of ports" sounds a bit exaggerated for a laptop with one HDMI, one Type A USB and one Type C USB (plus a TF card reader somewhere apparently). About the screen's brightness, the brochure in the website seems to mention 280 nits.

280 nits which are probably 250 nits in reality which means it's using a really bad panel.

Nearly all Chuwi laptops have decent panels with 95% sRGB coverage. Allen Ngo has tested quite a few of them.

There are so many sloppy mistakes on Chuwi's website. That's what turns me off.
