Neben Sharp TVs und dem Nvidia Shield TV ist Sony wohl der größte Hersteller von Geräten auf Basis von Android TV. Ausgewählte Bravia Smart TVs aus 2018 und 2019 erhalten im Dezember ein großes Update, das neben Android 9 Pie auch Unterstützung für Apples AirPlay 2 und HomeKit mitbringt.
