Prema bios for xmg laptops?

Are xmg partner of Prema?
I see some people have prema on their laptops, its some 3rd party like from same chassis other resseler or from schenker itself?
how to get one?

And you missed question somehow :) So schenker is partner of prema or not?

Obviously they are not, since Prema is not listed on Schenker's website.
