Just like the upcoming RDNA3 gaming GPUs, the CDNA2-based Instinct MI200 appears to feature a multi-chip-module design with dual 128 CU dies that pack no less than 128 GB of HBM2e RAM. These GPUs will soon be featured in Australia's first 50 Petaflop computer dubbed Setonix.
