Title: Galaxy Z Fold 3: An unlocked bootloader disables all cameras on Samsung's latest foldable smartphone
Post by: Redaktion on August 25, 2021, 00:01:14
Samsung really does not want people unlocking their devices. With the Galaxy Z Fold 3, unlocking the bootloader disables the device's cameras. While seemingly a software lock, it is not a good look for the South Korean company.

Nothing like running off potential buyers.

Really pathetic from Samsung, the whole motto of you buy the device, but we (the company) still owns the device. What I do with the purchased device should be decided by the user. Shame on Samsung. Big deterrent, not going to support Samsung Phones.
