Die SD-Card-Association hat den neuen Bus-Standard UHS-III für SD-Karten und ihre kleinen Micro-SD-Brüder vorgestellt. Damit sollen Geschwindigkeiten bis zu 624 MB/s für hochauflösende Videos und VR-Anwendungen ermöglicht werden.
