It seems improbably that a bios update will fix the fan problem. If the fans are that noisy AND the temperatures are that high, the problem points to an engineering miscalculation. Either the fans are not efficient, the angle is incorrect, the heatsink is poor or the airflow itself is routed poorly.
No matter how solid the construction is heat is a laptop killer.
I don't understand why temperature mistakes continue to be done by laptop companies.
