Square Trade hat die Robustheit des Samsung Galaxy S9 und S9+ mit Hilfe von standardisierten Testverfahren überprüft. Die Samsung-Neuheiten sind zwar stabiler als das Galaxy S8, S8+ und Note 8. Aber richtig robust sind sind noch lange nicht. Das S9 wurde in die mittlere Risikogruppe und das S9+ noch etwas schwächer eingestuft.
