Qualcomm's new Quick Charge 5 specification and hardware supports 100W charging for rates up to four times faster than the previous Quick Charge 4 specification at 1.7 times the efficiency. Supported by the Snapdragon 865 and 865+ as long as the phone has the required PMIC hardware.

Why not use USB PD (Power Delivery)? It does the same thing (100W) and it's been available for 2 years.
