One of Tesla's biggest victories has been its high safety ratings across the board. Now, NIO has achieved the same feat, scoring five-star Euro NCAP ratings with both the ET5 and EL7 electric sedan and SUV. Crucially, NIO is the first carmaker to get a five-star rating since the safety organisation updated its testing standards for 2023.
