This is completely wrong...Steam's customer service and interface are both way better than Epic's.
The fact that you included Borderlands 3 on this list as an "outstanding" game deal made me stop reading your article. It's 75% off for a reason. They took everything that was fun about the borderlands series, removed it or ruined it, then sold it as Borderlands 3.
