Cubot wants to prove that outdoor smartphones can be even cheaper and launches the King Kong CS, a phone for less than 80 Euros (~$80) that barely has any memory, an outdated SoC without 4G capability, and a weak camera. But it is water- and dust-proof according to IP68...

No 4G is definitely a deal-breaker. But everything else about this phone is perfectly fine if you're doing outdoor activities and want a phone that you won't miss if you drop it into a river.
