An early look at an Intel Raptor Lake Core i9-13900 Engineering Sample was published by Chinese publication Expreview. The Core i9-13900 was compared to an Alder Lake Core i9-12900K, which had all cores locked at 3.8 GHz to make for a reasonable comparison.
