That's a rather unfortunate choice of a name.
It is from China. The tablet is sold online by a company called Aliexpress. With international shipping it would take more than a month before you can even get it delivered. Also if something goes wrong with the device you have to possibly shipped it back international and you pay for the shipping cost. Too much hassle. I would avoid this.
If only the selfie side camera on tablets was smartphone class (12, 16 or 25MP), then video calling would be of really high quality on them.
