Title: Xiaomi Mi A3 to receive new stable Android 10 update by the end of the month
Post by: Redaktion on March 10, 2020, 23:16:25
Xiaomi may have moved onto rolling out a buggy upgrade to the Mi A2 Lite, but it has not forgotten about the Mi A3 just yet. While V11.0.7.1.QGQMIXM is yet to receive a public rollout, Xiaomi has offered a comforting salve for Mi A3 owners. Apparently, a new Android 10 public build is only a few weeks out.

I'm sorry to say, but much like the previous Mi A2 (and A1), there will *never* be a stable upgrade (only slightly less buggy versions, *if* you are lucky). Xiaomi massively sucks at fxing issues, and you can start by the fact they never actually acknowledge there is an issue! Whenever they f$%& up the standard operating procedure is to remove the update from the server and then pretend it never existed. Got a bricked phone? Sucks to be you, good luck explaining the repair center it wasn't your fault.

The stone cold truth about their Android One program is that it is a sham! You pay a premium for the Android One vs. the *exact* same phone with MIUI, but you get even worst support than the cheaper version. They want you to buy MIUI so that they can sell ads on your phone, and gather data about you to generate more revenue.
