Despite being designed to withstand drops and industrial environments, the Tough FZ-A3 is lighter and smaller than we had initially expected. It's one of the few rugged tablets thus far, if not the only one, with both a glossy 1000-nit display and the promise of an Android 10 update.

I do like to order one.
The Xploretech L10 is now made by Zebra, as Zebra bought Xplore in late 2018 and there is now an Android version of the L10 also. Both of the L10 versions offer a 1,000 nit display too. Zebra also sells the ET51 10" Android rugged tablet that is 22% lighter at 1.6 lbs. and 23% thinner. With an optional frame, it is more rugged than the A3. Both the L10 and ET51 are certified to be upgrade-able to Android 11. :o
