Title: PC Channel AdoredTV leaks information on new Nvidia 2000 series
Post by: Redaktion on August 11, 2018, 18:04:38
AdoredTV, a PC analyst and reviewer, has claimed to have obtained information on Turing from an Nvidia employee. The reviewer previously railed against the idea Nvidia would call their new series 2000 instead of 1000 and was initially skeptical of the employee's credibility. In his latest video, AdoredTV examines these supposed leaked documents, saying "For me, the first believable Turing leak."

The fact the memory capacities are almost all lower is a red flag for me. Why would they reduce a resource in ever increasing demand?
How can the "RTX 1070" have 7GB of VRAM? There is no way that 7 goes into 32 unless nvidia has departed from the 32 bit granularity of their memory controllers.

Are game graphics advancing as fast as Nvidia's GPUs lately? These things are actually starting to be future proof.
