Seriously Saif the language is something you can activate as it is pre installed on Windows.

It's a legit question. Some OEM versions of Windows come language-locked, without the ability to add a second language nor change the primary language, like the one in my XPS13 2-in-1. However I got a Pro key for dirt cheap (~$2) and easily upgraded to Pro :)

As an owner of a Pro6 I have one HUGE pain point and suspect same issue exists for Pro7: it is only being able to use MS store rather than Google play store to install apps :-(
There are hardly any apps on MS, it is very frustrating. The workaround is to install Bluestacks though this is v clunky and far from ideal. I wish MS would ditch their store or at least allow Google play to be installed. Surface pros are supposed to be tablets as well but sadly it falls way short of my expectations. If I had understood the limitations I would not have bought a surface pro :-(
