Title: Asus Zenbook UX305UA-FC040T Subnotebook Review
Post by: Redaktion on March 02, 2016, 07:18:38
Long-lasting. Skylake makes for a higher performance in the Zenbook UX305 without negative impact on the battery runtimes. The other features remained as good as previously: fast SSD, Full HD display, good keyboard.

A very nice machine, and a true improvement to the Macbook alternative, to me.

Pity about the hideous bezel, as per usual.

Dang, I missed the no-backlight keyboard bit, which means no purchase, AGAIN.

Can you please repost the image of the stress test? The values to the far right are missing...I want to see what the average CPU clock speed is. The article says it's at 1.4 Ghz...that would seem like some pretty heavy throttling.

What is different between UX303UA and UX305UA with same configuration?
Both look like twins

Accordingly to the ASUS official page the difference is in type of RAM installed (see the respective "specs" section):
UX303UA uses DDR3L,
UX305UA uses LPDDR3

Are you sure it is dual channel RAM installed?
