With the 17-inch Alpha 17, MSI gives gamers a gaming laptop that isn't powered by Intel technology. Both the CPU and the graphics card come from AMD and will have to show what they can do in our test.

You should also include the TDP for AMD GPU's also like you do for nVidia GPU's.
I know they are few and far in between but can be important info to those interested.
Won't be hard to add

The cons should list that all ports are USB 3 Gen 1 in 2021. Does Gen 2 not exist? Especially when AMD laptops can't have Thunderbolt. Ouch. Also Win key only on the right? Pass!

Very excellent fact-based info. with some subjective comments appended, supported by the numbers shown.

A big help to consumers (like me) who are otherwise addled  :o with  hype delivered by ignorant, hurried sales personnel.....

I think you have error in your review, the RAM is not soldered, on the picutres the RAM slots looks identical like ine Alpha 15 A3DDK and I called my local shop and they confirm that RAM is not solded...
