First, can this tablet be rooted? With others mentioning that its update schedule has thus far been lackluster, being able to take things into our own hands might be enough to convince me to pull the trigger.
Second, in the article you say that the screen is 600 nits however Lenovo lists the following on the Tab P11 Pro Gen2 spec sheet/documentation (emphasis is my own):
Display: 11.2" 2.5K (2560 x 1536) OLED, glossy, anti-fingerprint, touchscreen, 420 nits
I somewhat doubt Lenovo would shortchange themselves by nearly 33% so I'm guessing that it was just a typo but we tech nerds will notice stuff like this so you may want to correct that, unless it's Lenovo who is in error
Lastly, FYI for anyone that plans to move forward with a purchase, you can unlock a savings of another $10 (on top of the instant $75 and the additional $55 with SAVEONTABS) if you give Lenovo your email address (this is precisely why disposable email services/email forwarding services exist, in the event that you wanted to pull a Steve Miller and Take the Money and Run. You might even be able to put in a phony email so long as it has an @domain, as I don't recall actually confirming anything but the former is the surer bet) which brings the total down to $289. It would seem that the system doesn't want to accept all of these coupon codes/discounts simultaneously, but it will as you can see in the attached screenshot. If you happen to do things in such an order that you get a message saying that one of them is expired or not valid, simply try again and you should see success. Also, they claim that you need to give them your phone number in addition to your email address (but only after you've already given them your email, which is shady IMO and also makes me feel justified giving an email address that will expire in X number of days and no phone number) to unlock the $10 off but if you click the button (I think it just says "unlock" or maybe "unlock offer" ) when it asks you for your phone number, it will pull up your default SMS app with the recipient and message fields already filled in, at which point they expect, or at least hope that you'll just hit "send" (like a good source of salable data) but if you simply back out to where you just were, you'll see the code at the top of the page, which can be copied to the clipboard with a tap. So there's no need to actually give them your phone number, as I can't imagine anything other than unwanted phone calls would come of it
Bear in mind I did not actually check out, but I was able to add it to my cart and update the cart with the coupon codes mentioned. So there is a possibility that you might not be able to check out @ the $289 price, but I suspect if the system will update the cart with discounts in tow, that it should honor the price reflected.
