Lenovo has upgraded the ThinkPad X13 Yoga to a Gen 2 version. The ThinkPad X13 Yoga Gen 2 now offers Intel Tiger Lake vPro and several 16:10 display options in FHD+ and QHD+ resolutions with low blue light technology and optional PrivacyGuard. The new X13 Yoga also bundles Lenovo's familiar ThinkShield suite of security solutions.

Still no AMD, and they removed the side power button too.
Good improvements here and there - 16:10, QHD, outdoor visibility, etc.
Except, the battery is still at 50Wh and the cooling is still single fan + single heatpipe that will lead to overheating and underperforming.
Competition 13" 2-in-1 convertibles from HP and Dell business lineup both feature 78Wh battery capacities, and either a dual fan or dual heatpipe solution to accommodate more powerful processors.
And as the other comment points out, the convertible's tablet ergonomics is still very bad as well. No side buttons, no magnetic pen attachment, and X1 Yoga's retracting keyboard gone, which was its sole selling point for me at the time of its launch.
Lenovo is focusing on one factor - extreme thinness - but at what cost?
Few other Thinkpads have already lost the keyboard and I/O.
What's next on the chopping block of essential features?
Oh yeah, the cooling.
I've had a gen1 of this and the cooling wan't great. It was not so loud, on the battery profiles, but this came at huge performance cost.
I also had an Acer Spin 5 2020 and it was waaay better in this regard, and also had better I/O.
I don't miss the magnetic pen attachemnet, I don't use that on my Surface Pro either. But what I missed from the Spin 5 are the magnets to hold it in tablet mode.
