A United States credit union has taken Apple to court over the Cupertino giant's Pay service. The plaintiff in this case has taken issue with what it sees as the imposition of the app as a default option on users, and with the extra fees financial institutions incur as a result. Therefore, Apple is now at risk of losing this apparently happy state of affairs in its home country soon.
