The current gas station infrastructure in China will be gradually retrofitted to serve electric vehicles as well by 2025, according to the Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Management's power development plan released last week. Beijing plans to expand its charging infrastructure so every electric car would have a stall or swap station in a 2-mile radius.
