SK Hynix is not looking to repeat Nvidia's mistake of acquiring ARM alone and is carefully considering forming a consortium with strategic partners. It is not yet clear which companies could be included in the consortium. The South Korean memory producer is also looking to expand into the foundry business.

Can theae greedy companies just p*** off. ARM needs to stay impartial so all these distractions need to stop delaying an IPO.

Regulators will not allow anything other than an IPO, these companies are dreaming if they think otherwise, including Softbank.
