Title: AMD FX-6300, released in 2012, breaks an overclocking record as it hits 8 GHz

A serial overclocker going by the name of Yosarianilives has managed to overclock an AMD FX-6300 processor to 8 GHz. This is the first time that anyone has ever achieved such a high frequency on AMD's six-core FX-6300 from 2012. Yosarianilives reportedly used a bus speed of 280.92 MHz and a multiplier of 28.5.

The FX CPUs are so bad, you might as well destroy them for fun. 10 GHz, anybody?
