Garmin releases August 2022 update for Epix 2, Fenix 2, Forerunner 945 and Instinct 2 series smartwatches with new features

Garmin has started distributing the final version of a comprehensive update for for Epix 2, Fenix 2, Forerunner 945 and Instinct 2 series smartwatches. Dubbed the August 2022 update, the software will add many features to eligible smartwatches and cycling computers, including SatIQ and heart rate variability (HRV) status.

A small note but quite a significant one. It's the Forerunner 945LTE that is getting all the updates. The slightly older 945 with another sensor(V3 vs. 4) and tech inside is not mentioned at all.
