A large electronics retailer has apparently accidentally revealed two new SKUs for Microsoft's popular Surface range. The models involved are variants of the Surface Pro 6 and Surface Book 2. It appears the Redmond-based tech giant has decided to allow consumers the opportunity to combine i5 processors with a larger amount of RAM.

16GB would definitely be helpful in most situations. Edge with recent updates has a ballooning RAM presence, currently my old 8GB laptop has a 70% RAM usage with 2GB taken up by Edge, Vuze taking up 400MB and all else below 70MB per process, and Edge often takes another GB in certain cases which brings my computer very close to crashing.
Regardless when I get a Surface Pro I'll buy one second-handed, it'll be of better value.
