It is not too often we get to see Intel's desktop-grade T-series on sale at retailers. The only reason these exist is bc OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc) are really lazy when making their BIOS and they can't for the love of God offer advanced configurations for their users, not even fan control.
