Just a suggestion, why not do the same test with a moving subject? This would simulate taking a picture at a dinner party or something, a pretty normal thing to do in low light conditions.
Why not to use Huawei Mate 20 Pro i/o of P20 Pro which was in early 2018? Also, Xiaomi Mi 8 should have dedicated night mode, this review was not updated enough. Galaxy Note 9 was also updated and why not use the latest for testing?
I thought 3 was the smart choice, that one was pretty obvious, the rest weren't.
