Gigabyte technical support is the absolute worst.  I bought a 17 with the 3080, I opened a ticket for a problem and after more than a month they still haven't answered.

But what wants to be using an Intel based laptop.
I'll take the 4k oled with any ryzen regardless of thunderbolt certification or not

I would buy this laptop only if Gigabyte makes a version with Ryzen.
