Tesla just asks not to park diagonally as a carryover advice from the European app section. Starting predominantly with New York, Tesla has officially allowed access to its Supercharger network to other electric vehicles. There is now an instructions video on how to charge your non-Tesla car at its stalls with the new combined NACS/CCS connector, but Tesla warns that the process may be slower.
